Mini Bioreactors to Support Process Development in Perfusion Bioreactors
AmProtein has developed a single-use, plastic miniature rolling bioreactor system for our customers to study the parameters involved in the process development stages for this perfusion system based on these polymer fiber paper carriers.
- Each minibioreactor vessel contains 20cm3 volume pre-filled with carriers and gamma-irradiated, ready-to-use.
- Each minibioreactor system can handle 45 vessels for efficient process development studies.

Mini Bioreactors to Support Process Development for Micro-carrier attached Suspension Culture
AmProtein has developed a single-use, plastic miniature rolling bioreactor system for our customers to study the parameters involved in the process development stages for micro-carrier attached cell culture for vaccine production.
- 40mL vessel (10mL min. seeding volume)
- High-speed rolling allows for excellent O2 transfer and mixing of nutrients, while maintaining the integrity of cell-microcarrier attachment.

Sample Mini-Bioreactors to Support Process Development in Suspension and Perfusion Bioreactors
AmProtein's mini bioreactors have been scaled down into this "microbioreactor." With the capacity for one 6g paper-carrier vessel, three 0.6g paper-carrier vessels, or one 40mL micro-carrier vessel, this bioreactor is useful for process development and small-scale protein production when space is limited. In addition, it is extremely simple to operate, with only an ON/OFF switch on the side.
- 3 adaptors for that allow for one 40mL micro-carrier vessels, one 6g paper-carrier, or three 0.6g paper-carrier vessels at a time.
- Vessels made of special O2 transfer plastic material.
